Meet Sarah
For years, I immersed myself in education, therapy, and personal development, yet the weight of negative thinking continued to hold me back. No matter my achievements, my limiting beliefs persisted, shaping my choices and dimming my confidence.
Determined to break free, I explored how thought patterns become conditioned and what it takes to restore balance and harmony of the mind. This journey became the foundation of my early private practice, where I helped clients understand how emotional experiences are stored in the body and how to work through and release the blocks that hold them back.
Today, I guide individuals on a path to examine negative thinking, uncover patterns, and create meaningful, lasting change. My courses and coaching are designed for anyone ready to release old habits, embrace new possibilities, and step into a life of greater clarity, confidence, and freedom.

A Brit living in California:
I was born and raised in England and have lived in California for more than 30 years. I am grateful to my English roots for humor, heart, and a love of chocolate, and to California for providing the freedom to explore who I am and how I fit into the world.
I am a mother, wife, sister, daughter, and lover of life. I find peace and inspiration among redwood trees, the feel of wet clay, the presence of dogs, and embracing the raw, honest aspects of being human.
